Description
This long exposure creates the effect on trailing lights, streaking across the Silver Jubilee Bridge, which crosses the River Mersey between Widnes, and Runcorn. The image is taken from the Widnes-side of the river looking towards the bridge (which itself is lit by spotlights at night).
